This section will help you resolve some of the most common installation problems associated with Windows Server 2003. Tip #1. Windows Server 2003 Drivers Signatures Windows checks for digital signatures on driver files to help maintain system integrity. During the installation or update of a driver, if there is no matching signature file Windows displays a dialog box advising that the driver has not passed "Windows Logo Testing, the user then has the option to "Continue anyway" or "Stop Installation." To expedite release of new products, HP may ship drivers without signature files. All Windows drivers provided by Hewlett-Packard are submitted to Microsoft for certification testing. Upon completion of testing, Microsoft produces signature files. HP then posts the revised driver package at http://www.hp.com/. If a signature warning is displayed during installation of a driver, you may override the warning. We recommend that you check the HP Website for the latest driver package. If available, install the new driver. You can elect to have Windows ignore signatures: Click Start | Control Panel | System | Hardware | Driver Signing. This is helpful if you are setting up multiple systems. Digital signatures are a powerful way to ensure system integrity as you add drivers to your systems - whether provided by HP or others.

Full description
The HP Server tc2120 makes small networks hassle-free. This powerful yet simple platform provides all the relevant server features in an easy-to-use package. Practical performance, such as Intel Pentium 4 or Intel Celeron processing, ECC memory, and 64-bit PCI support deliver the IT functionality small businesses require. As with all HP products, rigorous testing of the tc2120 ensures dependability. All of this comes at the price of a desktop PC. The HP Server tc2120 is affordable, appropriate technology. The tc2120 chassis features one-finger removal of the side panel to access all internal components. Once inside, the tc2120's color-coordinated 'touch points' guide the user for device installation or the service. All major components are designed to be removed or installed tool-free; even the CPU heat sink is designed to be removed by hand. When growth becomes necessary for small business IT networks, the tc2120 makes reconfiguration easy. More than ever small businesses are pressured to reduce the cost of their IT infrastructure. Tight purse strings drive drastic measures; budget constraints have prompted some companies to use misappropriated desktop PCs as basic small office servers. The HP Server tc2120 solves the dilemma of functionality vs. price. The tc2120 is specifically designed for and relentlessly tested with server operating systems in demanding server configurations. Planning for growth, the ergonomic chassis makes addition of memory, drives, and devices elegantly simple. All of this is available at the same price of the misapplied desktop PC.
