These cottages were constructed in 2007 & 2008. Some of the units were affected by flood waters from Hurricanes Gustav& Ike. Many units show no visible damage and others sustained minor to major flood damage. Not to be compared to mobile homes, these cottages are built with the highest quality materials and workmanship. Exterior wallsare constructed of 2x6 studs with Hardie-Plank siding. Interiors are constructed of standard drywall, crown moulding, quality cabinetry, double hung insulated windows, quality doors, central ac/heat, full baths & some include furniture. Some units are handicap accessible.All homes are equipped with axles, tires & tongues for transport. These cottages were built to 150 MPH wind rating.
