The following guide shows you how to establish a Bluetooth connection between SmartLink and your mobile phone. The menu text shown here is in English. In order to obtain an identical wording on your mobile phone please select the English language in your phone settings.

Press MENU Scroll to Settings select Connection then Bluetooth link then Handsfree, press SELECT

Prepare the SmartLink

SmartLink pairing steps
Switch on the SmartLink Place the SmartLink next to your mobile phone Press both telephone keys on the SmartLink for 2 seconds, P then the Bluetooth sign appears and the entire display flashes
Handsfree menu Searching for devices highlight SmartLink Enter passcode: To quit
Select Look for devices to search for compatible Bluetooth devices Press SELECT Enter 1234, press OK Press EXIT
Ready! Activating Bluetooth in the SmartLink This has to be done if the Bluetooth sign in the SmartLink has disappeared. Press the SmartLink green telephone key until the Bluetooth sign appears. Should you have any questions related to your mobile phone, contact your mobile phone dealer, who can also help you to establish the Bluetooth connection.
