Sprint has a wonderful service, but this phone doesn not provide one. It breaks down so much. Even before breaking down, it has very weird, poor. I have loved the samsung brand, quality and style. I also plan to continue to upgrade with the samsung brand.

I bought the Samsung M520 about a year and a half ago when I first signed on with Sprint. It was the hottest thing on the market at the time.

I pretty much hate this phone. It looks great, works really fast...but, there are hesitations when you push the space key during texts.

I have had the Samsung SPH-M520 for eight months. It was great the first four months. I now charge the phone every 20 hours, and hardly use the phone. I have had my Samsung SPH-M520 for six months and really like it. That is until my screen went completely white. I like this phone a lot. Before I got this phone I tried the Blackberry pearl. This phone is user friendly with lots of nice features.

The problem encountered appears related to TTY equipment or software used by PSAPs.
