HOW LONG HAS RICHER SOUNDS BEEN AROUND? I opened my rst shop at London Bridge in 1978, when I was 19, and Richer Sounds has therefore been successfully trading for some 29 years. According to the Guinness Book of Records (last 16 years), Richer Sounds has the highest sales per sq ft of any retailer in the world. WHAT HAPPENS IF PRODUCTS GO WRONG? Simply return your purchase to your nearest branch (plasma/LCD over 30 - customers contact the Call Centre on 1230 to arrange repair). If the item is less than a month old, you can get a full refund or exchange it (whichever you prefer). If its been longer than this (but less than a year), Richer Sounds engineers will repair it for you free of charge. Excludes styli, abuse and excessive wear n tear, e.g. commercial use. Statutory rights not affected. WE TRY HARD BUT WERE ONLY HUMAN! Due to recent changes in government legislation, my lawyers tell me that it is necessary to employ human beings in our stores (!)
