Watch and listen to digital music, pictures and MPEG recordings on a TV set! MediaMVP is a Linux based digital media receiver, which gets digital music, pictures or videos from a PC, and plays the media on a TV set. MediaMVP supports MPEG-1, MPEG-2 and DivX videos, plus JPEG and MP3/WMA music. MediaMVP comes in wireless 802.11G or wired versions. MediaMVP is a low cost, Linux based thin-client, which bridges PC based media servers with A/V monitors via a local area network. It receives digital audio (MP3 or WMA music), digital video (MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 videos), digital pictures (JPEG and GIF digital pictures) and other multimedia content in the form of IP packet streams and renders the content onto a TV monitor.
