Vivaz U5i Help

Hi folks I'm looking for some help. I bought a Vivaz U5i 2 weeks ago but thee seems to be a problem with the touchscreen. From time to time the screen will not work no matter what I hit it will only cancel. I have tried taking out the battery and restarting the phone and no luck. I have updated the phone and still nothing. Some times it will work and other times it wont do anything. HAs anyone come across the same issue or know if any solutions to the problem apart from return the phone to the seller. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I would definitely recommend you to take that phone to the service provider where you purchased it if it is still under warranty with them or you can contact our local Sony Ericsson support center if available to have it checked by a qualified technician.

I have exactly the same problem. Everytime i press "Cancel", "Exit" button, or whatever button is on the right side, I am pressing the left one (Options, OK.). I have reinstalled software. Does anyone has solution for this problem? Thank you.

Sometime mine locks up or acts up. Anytime I have trouble like that, I take out the battery for a second and put it back in. Has worked every time for me. It expecially does it often with the radio app.
