withtheexceptionoflightedfacilities,whichare openuntil10:00pm. Poolpicnicareasavailableduringrecreation swimhoursonly. Aquaticfacilitiesareavailableforreservations yearround. Gymnasiumsareopen: MondaytoFriday:5:00pm10:00pm SaturdayandSunday:8:00am10:00pm Gymnasiumavailabilityincreasesduringschool vacations.

PicnicandSportsInformationandReservation ApplicationsareavailableattheSanRamon CommunityCenter,AlcostaSenior&Community Center,andDoughertyStationCommunityCenter oronlineat:http://ww.sanramon.ca.gov/Parks/ parks_facilities/parks.htm ContacttheSanRamonOlympicPooldirectlyfor allaquaticcenterpicnicorpoolrentals. Reservationswillonlybeconfirmedupon submissionofacompletedapplication,signed contract,paymentofappropriaterentalfeesand requireddeposits.Allfeesaretobepaidinperson withcompletedcontract. Paymentscanbemadebyusingcash,check (PayabletotheCityofSanRamon)orcreditcard (Visa,MasterCard,orAmericanExpress). Picnic,Field,Gymnasium&Poolreservationfees aredueimmediately. Phonein,MailinorFaxinReservationswillnotbe acceptedforpicnicreservations.(Interestedparties maycallourofficestoinquireaboutavailability). Reservationsmaynotbebookedlessthan1week (7days)priortotheeventdate.
Reservationsthatarecanceledmaybesubject topenalties.Cancellationfeesaredetermined bytheamountofnoticegivenpriortoevent andmustbesubmittedinwriting.Uponreceipt ofcancellationnotice,penaltiesifapplicable, willbeappliedasfollows: Picnicareas&Sportsfields:Norefunds GymnasiumsandAquaticfacilities:FullRefund: 45daysormore.NoRefund:Lessthan45days. Rentalfeeswillberefundedinthesameformof payment.Nocashorcheckrefundswillbeissued forfeesordepositspaidbyVisa,MasterCard,or AmericanExpress.Feeswillnotberefundedfor reservedtimenotused. TheCityofSanRamonwilldeterminerainouts duringweatherinclinations.Ifaneventisrained out,afullrefundcanberequestedoracreditwill beissuedforusescheduledduringthesame season.(Thisdoesnotapplyforaquaticfacilities.) IftheCityofSanRamoncancelsanevent previouslyscheduledoriftheCityofSanRamon reschedulesaneventatatime,whichisdeemed unsatisfactorybythegrouporindividualreserving thearea,allrentalfeespaidwillberefunded.

A.SanRamonresidentsandbusinessesmayreserve picnicareasorsportsfields/courtsanydayofthe week.Nonresidentindividualsandbusinessesmay reservepicnicareasonweekdaysonly.Applicant mustfurnishproofofresidency(currentdrivers licenseorcompanyletterheadetc.). B.Reservationsforpicnicareaswillnotbeaccepted morethan90dayspriortousedate,excepton February1whenSanRamonresidents/businesses mayreservedatesinMarchofthecurrentyear. C.PicnicReservationsarelimitedtoonereservation perday/perpicnicarea.Staffdiscretionprevailsto determinewhethertwoeventsmaybebookedatthe samesportsfacilityand/orpoolonthesameday. YouthusergroupscosponsoredbytheCityhave priorityinreservingthesportsfieldsandaquatic facilities. D.Picnictablesarenumberedforspecificdesignation onapplication.Therenterwillbeprovidedapicnic reservationplacardatthetimeofreservation.Itwill betheresponsibilityoftherentertoplacetheplacard ontheappropriatesignholderthenightbeforeorthe morningoftheevent.Applicantshouldremove placardfollowinguseofthearea. NOTE:Tables1and2atAthanDownscannotbe reservedduetotheirproximitytothetenniscourts.
E.NeighborhoodParksandpicnicareasare availableonadropinbasisonly. F.AlcoholicbeveragesarenotpermittedinCity ofSanRamonparksandaquaticfacilities. G.Signage,posters,banners,etc.maynotbe attachedtoanyexistingparkstructureor facilityincludingarches,walls,trashandash receptacles,columns,lightposts,andwindows. Applicantsandtheirguestsmaydecoratetheir reservedareasonly.Thoseusingdecorations areresponsibleforremovalandproperdisposal ofdecorationspriortoleavingthearea. H.Theuseofanytrampoline,bungeejumping, oranyotherreboundtumblingdevice,including bouncehouses,isnotpermittedinanySan RamonPark. I.Stakeslongerthan6maynotbedriveninto anygrassy,dirt,orsandareas.Nostakesmay bedrivenintoanyconcreteorasphaltareas. J.Playstructuresarenotincludedaspartofa picnic/rental.Waterstructuresarenot guaranteedtoberunningduringpicnics/ rentals.

K.Barbecuecoalsorashesmaynotbedumped intrashcansorontheground. L.Intheeventthattherearedamagestothe facilityoritsequipmentasaresultoftherental, therenterisresponsibleforallreplacement costsfordamagesresultingfromtheiruseofthe facility.Thereplacementcostsandrepairswill beassessedandcontractedorrepairedbythe CityofSanRamon. M.Therentermustagreetotakefull responsibilityforthebehaviorexhibitedbyhis/ herguests,staff,coaches,instructors,students, athletesandspectators. N.Patronsareresponsibleforpersonal property.CityofSanRamoncannotbeheld liableforitemsleftinoraroundanyfacilitiesor parks. O.Animalsaretobeonleashesatalltimes. Personswithdogsmusthaveintheirpossession thecapabilitytoproperlydisposeofdogwaste. Animalsarenotallowedinthepoolfacilityarea oringymnasiumswiththeexceptionofservice animals.

P.Anygrouputilizingaudioequipmentmusthave afullunderstandingofMunicipalCodeB6115: AmplifiedSound. Q.Activities,whichencourageorrequire participantstoclimbtreesorenterwaterways, arenotallowed.Skateboardingisrestrictedtothe SkatePark. R.Forprofitorganizationsorpersonsreserving outdoorfacilitiesorgymnasiumsforthepurpose ofgeneratingaprofit(i.e.privatesportcampor tournament)willbeapprovedatthediscretionof theSports&AquaticsProgramManager. Programsthatduplicateinanyformprograms offeredbytheParksandCommunityServices Departmentwillnotbeconsidered. ForProfitcampswillberequiredtopaythe hourlyrateupfrontandatconclusionofcampor programmustprovidetheCityofSanRamon withadetailedbudgetdeterminingwhether20% oftotalgrossrevenueorthehourlyrateis greater.Paymentdifferencewillbedue immediately.
S.Advertisingorsellingofanyproductor serviceisprohibitedexceptwithspecialwritten permissionfromtheDepartmentHeadofParks andCommunityServices. T.Communitygymnasiumsareforathleticevents only.Tennisorbasketballshoesrequiredand playerswithglassesmustwearsafetylensglasses orwearaprotectivecover.Jewelryandwatches arenottobewornwhileonplayingsurface. U.SportsStaffwillnotkeepscore. NOTE:Scoreboarduserequirestrainingin advanceandissubjecttoanadditionalfee. V.Foodandbeveragesofanykindarenot permittedinanyoftheGymnasiums. W.Glasscontainersarenotpermittedatthe AquaticCenters. X.PortableBBQ'sandchafingdishesarenot allowedtobebroughtintotheAquaticCenters. Y.Piatasarenotpermittedinaquaticfacilities.
Z.Therentermustscheduleanappointment minimumof(5)fivebusinessdayspriortothe eventorFacilityUseAgreementstartdateto receiveanexplanationofpoliciesandinsurance requirements.Duringthismeetingtherenter willdiscussthefacilitysetup.Setupdiagramand equipmentneedsshouldbeapprovedatthis time.Iftherenterdoesnotschedulethis appointment,theFacilityUseAgreementwillbe cancelled. AA.Therenterwillbechargedarateoftwice thehourlyfee(noprorationforportionsofan hour)foranypoolorlaneusagethatfalls outsideofthereservedtimes.

INSURANCEREQUIREMENTS

TheCityofSanRamonrequiresproofofinsurance againstclaimsforinjuriestopersonsordamages toproperty,whichmayarisefromorinconnection withtherentersuseofanyaquaticorsports facility,field,orpicnicarea.Thecostofsuch insuranceshallbetheresponsibilityoftherenter.
