Sony Ericsson W20i warranty

Hi all,

I am trying to find a solution for my problem and i think this is the right place :).In January i bought the Sony W20i from ebay and after 3months it started freaking out. At first the speaker was not working and now the problem escalated more, the call button and the back button stopped working as well. I tried to contact the seller because it is still under warranty but no reply from the other end.Any suggested ideas on how to proceed with this issue?

Contact the SE helpline and they should be able to help you by tracing the phone's IMEI (serial number) to the original purchase date, so that they can confirm the validity of the warranty.
